Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes was created with a simple concept in mind: “Quality is everything”!
Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes was created by Ken Schiller and Brian Nolen who believed there was an opportunity to create a truly exceptional hamburger concept where freshness, quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and consistency were taken to new levels. Hence, they felt the name “Mighty Fine” was appropriate.
Our premium hamburgers are made from fresh 100% pure beef that is ground and hand-formed in our restaurant every day. Guests can observe our expert team carefully cutting, grinding and forming the patties by hand throughout the day. Mighty Fine only uses all-natural chuck that contains no antibiotics, hormones or preservatives. All-natural beef is always strictly vegetarian-fed.
Our commitment to quality and freshness is carried over to every product we serve. The lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, and onions are hand sliced on site each day. We only use real American cheese.
When it comes to fries, Mighty Fine re-wrote the book. We serve the only fresh cut, crinkle-cut fry in Texas and, quite possibly, the entire nation. We start with fresh potatoes shipped straight from the farm. We then hand-cut and crinkle each fry with a special machine before frying them in 100% trans-free peanut oil.
We call our chili dog – Chopped Chili dog. This unique recipe combines our signature chili and our proprietary 100% all-beef franks, both made with all-natural beef. The links are sliced rather than served whole to create a chili dog with a “one-of-a-kind” taste and one that is less messy and easier to eat.
At Mighty Fine we are committed to using the finest ingredients down to the seasonings we cook with. We only use real sea salt to cook our Mighty Fine burgers, chopped chili dogs, and fries which is healthier and won’t dehydrate the body like the table salt found in most restaurants.
To top it all off, we offer guests delicious hand-dipped milk shakes and hand-squeezed lemonade. Our shakes are made with Blue Bell premium vanilla ice cream. We believe a high quality shake should always be hand-dipped and hand-spun, we do both at Mighty Fine. Even our chocolate and strawberry sauce is made from scratch daily. Our hand-squeezed lemonade is only made with the freshest hand-cut Sunkist lemons plus an added “secret” ingredient that results in a unique, Mighty Fine taste.
